Family Member can Travel in train with your confirmed ticket

Indian railway is now flexible for the Indian citizens, as of now your train's confirm ticket can be transferable, means if you booked ticket for you and due to any reason you are not able to travel by the train you can give your ticket to your any of the family member who wants to travel, but for this there are few very small rules you have to follow:

Rule Number One:- The name of that family member in the ration card with your name, so that railways authorities can trust that, that member is belongs to your family.

Rule Number Two:- Attach there photo identity separately, like PAN card or driving license.

Rule Number Three:- Inform to railway authorities about these changes in atlease 1 hours advance so that they can manage it.

This rule is made for the help of the indian citizens, but lets see how much we will get benefits, after all it is government.
